Nancy's first visit to Kosice will include led Ashtanga yoga classes followed by discussion. The classes are best suited to those who have experience of Ashtanga yoga.
Nancy has been practising Ashtanga yoga for 40 years with Sri K.Pattabhi Jois, in Mysore, India. Through this extensive experience Nancy is able to emulate the teachings of Pattabhi Jois. Nancy was once worried how best to teach and pass on her knowledge. Jois told her she could teach as she had been taught; she is passionate about this way of teaching and enjoyssharing her knowledge and experience.
